Saima’s training in Kinesiology has been in London with the School of Advanced Kinesiology (SAK) and she has been a member of the Association of Systematic Kinesiology (ASK) since 2007.
Systematic Kinesiology is a non-invasive form of holistic therapy centred on the needs of the individual. Kinesiology uses gentle muscle testing for communicating with the body to assess energy flow by using the body’s bio-feedback mechanism. During sessions, the client is asked to hold a muscle against light pressure. The tests will then indicate which areas need balancing. Consultation will involve going over a general health history and also discussing current health status as well as lifestyle routines. Sessions will include a range of techniques including acupressure, nutritional supplements, sound healing, flower remedies, and more.
