Sara graduated from RMIT Australia in 1999. She has worked in Victoria and South Australia before moving to the UK in 2001.

Sara has worked throughout England and Scotland before settling in Putney as the owner of Spirohealth.

Sara has a special interest in treating sporting injuries and has completed further training and education in this area. With a 20 year history of dance including jazz, Latin, ballroom and recently salsa, and 7 years as a fitness and aerobics instructor, Sara loves helping people reach their fitness and sporting goals. She has worked with the Leeds United Football Club (2001), London Rowing Club (since 2002) and various professional and amateur athletes in a spectrum of sports, as well as assisting the Southampton Sailing Club train and prepare for the fastest race of 2003, and working as part of the medical team at the World Masters Games in Sydney in 2009.

Other areas Sara has experience in treating include: cervico-genic headaches and migraines; back, neck and shoulder problems; joint, posture and muscle problems; sporting injuries, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder problems and more. She also offers advice on nutrition having competed 5 years of nutritional training in her chiropractic degree, performs dry needling and acupuncture, massage techniques including Graston, and exercise and stretching advice.

Sara has a passion for fun and adventure and loves dancing, travelling, scuba diving, water and snow skiing among other things. She has competed in dancing, swimming and triathlon competitions and well as completing her first half marathon in 2008, and 10km race inn 2010.

Mark Tucker

Nicole has worked as a chiropractor and acupuncturist in Canada and has had the experience of running her own practice. Nicole decided to venture overseas to the UK in order to pursue her dreams of living in England and travelling Europe. She also has a passion for reading and photography.

Nicole has a special interest in treating sports injuries as she herself loves to keep fit by running, cycling, yoga and playing volleyball. She had completed 2 Iron Mans and competes in triathlons. She combines her various qualifications to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of problems like headaches/migraines, low back pain, neck pain, rotator cuff problems, tennis elbow, ankle and knee pain, spinal disorders like disc problems and sprain/strain injuries in a holistic manner.

Nicole believes that a healthy lifestyle begins with dedication to oneself. Mike has been with Spirohealth since 2006 and worked as a Sport Massage Therapist. He graduated in 2002 from St Mary's College in Twickenham with a degree in sports rehabilitation and sports science, and is registered with the association BASRaT.

Since graduating he has a worked as a personal trainer before going on to work as a sports massage and rehabilitation therapist in several sport clubs and clinics

Having worked with a large number of injuries and areas of tension, Mike has been able to see the full benefits that sport massage can play in the rehabilitation process.

Mike has an interest in water sports, as well as playing regular football and golf.

Denise is an experienced and creative Reflexologist who initially trained and qualified in South Africa, She worked for many years before completing further training in London and Asia to enable her to incorporate both western and eastern disciplines into her current reflexology practice. Denise regards further training as a stimulating and essential part of her vocation and has studied with many inspirational practitioners.

Denise works intuitively and is passionate about her work. She seizes opportunities that arise in order to continue her quest for further knowledge.   Luckily, much of this is achieved through working on a variety of clients.

As well as being a Pilates devotee, Rebecca is a keen sportswoman and general adrenalin junkie!  A lifelong passion for horse riding was been put on hold to live the London life and prior to her back problems she regularly competed in triathlons.  She now concentrates on cycling and rides and races regularly with the London Dynamos as well as embarking on annual snowboarding trips when time allows.
