3 things to CLEAR your mind NOW

When you feeling overwhelmed in any situation:

  1. STOP!!! Breath IN and OUT!!! Just take a few seconds to check in. Those emotions that build up or are set off by events can be very unhelpful in your next move.
  2. Stay in the present. Remain in the NOW. Do not let your mind get carried away with the possibilities that may come.
  3. Be grateful. Remember that everything happens at the perfect time to bring you the perfect lesson and growth you need to be a more ‘whole’ you. This step may take some time but trust it will be there.

Repeat this process again and again until it’s automatic and see how your life changes.
