From Our Conscious Mind to Subconscious Mind

We all know our conscious mind is used when we are awake- in all the activities we do BUT did you know our beliefs come from our subconscious mind. These were already ingrained in us from birth to about 6 years old.

Did you know that one of the most effective ways to change your subconscious mind is through constant repetition?  It’s true, and this is exactly why positive affirmations can be so powerful!

Affirmations

Affirmations are statements of things you DO want in your life, rather than focussing on what you don’t want. Easier said than done but it gets easier everyday you use them.  We now know your subconscious mind is the part of your brain that controls your beliefs, so after practising positive affirmations over and over, you begin to start changing your patterns, behaviours and ultimately… your life!
