Posture myth #8: ‘Pain and posture is purely physical’

Not only this but poor posture can even affect how you think. A study released in October 2009 in the European Journal of Psychology showed that body posture affects confidence in your own thoughts. You take more risks, you trust your own judgement when upright, more than slumped.
