When you feeling overwhelmed in any situation:
- STOP!!! Breath IN and OUT!!! Just take a few seconds to check in. Those emotions that build up or are set off by events can be very unhelpful in your next move.
- Stay in the present. Remain in the NOW. Do not let your mind get carried away with the possibilities that may come.
- Be grateful. Remember that everything happens at the perfect time to bring you the perfect lesson and growth you need to be a more ‘whole’ you. This step may take some time but trust it will be there.
Repeat this process again and again until it’s automatic and see how your life changes.
