Christmas can be a stressful time BUT it does not have to be! Here are my tips to a stress-free Christmas.
Tip Number 1: Pre order EVERYTHING
Online shop for your Christmas dinner and order all your gifts by 17th December. No more last-minute gift shopping, this year we are catching the sales and stocking our fridges early.
Tip number 2: Do not OVER DO IT
Tis the season to eat our weight in food, however I recommend moderation this year. There is no need to go overboard with gifts, food or alcohol. Remember the reason for the season and save yourself the sore head or extra few pounds.
Tip number 3: DELEGATE
Divide up the tasks in the run up to Christmas between friends and family. If everyone contributes no one feels overwhelmed. If you are hosting Christmas at your house, make sure you delegate the washing up and clearing away to your guests while you put your feet up.
Tip number 4: Get adjusted
Christmas is not Christmas without Christmas parties. Dancing the night away in heels, smart shoes, hunching over as you walk in the cold, cuddling on the couch can all impact how you feel this Christmas.
