When you know more about what is going on in your body, we have answered all your questions and given you clear options pertaining to what your health goals are, you decide how much you spend on your health. We are about the longterm wellbeing of you and your family.
How long does it take?
Each session varies depending on what your body needs. We are trained to know exactly how much you need to get the best results with ABC. Sessions could be 5 mintues to 20 minutes long and in some cases the ABC practitioner may tell you to come back for another appointment on the same day.
To get your body in the state that it is in today took many years, your whole life infact. To make changes to this can take many months or even years. Rest assured, you will see/feel a change in your first visit with us. Then depending on your health goals- these vary from 12 weeks to 3-5 years.
