Ken Tsang MRSPH CISSN | Nutrition Consultant and Certified Sports Nutritionist

As a dedicated member of the Royal Society for Public Health in the UK and a certified Sports Nutritionist accredited by the CISSN in the International Society of Sports Nutrition in the U.S., I am committed to promoting health and well-being through evidence-based nutrition practices.

My journey into the realm of nutrition and fitness was catalyzed by my personal experience of body transformation.

Upon graduating from university, I found myself grappling with excessive weight gain due to sedentary work habits and unhealthy lifestyle choices. Despite attempts to shed the excess pounds through various means, including engaging in a range of sports activities and experimenting with dietary restrictions, I encountered the frustrating cycle of weight loss followed by inevitable weight regain.

Determined to break free from this cycle and reclaim control over my health, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and education in nutrition. Pursuing studies in the field of nutrition in the UK, I gained invaluable insights into the scientific and evidence-based approaches to weight management and overall well-being. Armed with this knowledge, I successfully shed 20 kilograms of excess weight and embraced a significantly healthier lifestyle devoid of relapse.

Driven by my passion for both nutrition and sports, I furthered my education in sports nutrition in the U.S., merging my love for athletics with my expertise in nutrition. Today, I am privileged to leverage my dual expertise to assist athletes in optimizing their performance through tailored nutrition strategies.

My personal transformation journey serves as a testament to the transformative power of education and evidence-based practices in achieving sustainable health outcomes. I am deeply committed to empowering individuals to embark on their own journeys towards optimal health and well-being, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the field of nutrition and sports performance.
