From a young age I used to suffer with aches and pains in my hips, knees and back, I also had low energy levels and migraines. I went for my first course of chiropractic adjustments when I was 17 and found they really helped to alleviate my symptoms.
Bianca always knew she wanted to help people. After completing her BSC in complimentary and alternative therapies at the University of Westminster, she went on to do a 4 year masters degree at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic.
While the chiropractic techniques I experienced helped to alleviate my symptoms they didn’t seem to fully address the root of the problem. I had become frustrated with not seeing results correcting my own poor posture – then I was introduced to ABC. I found not only did it work far better, it also had a more permanent effect.
Bianca’s passion is to help her patients reach their full potential by inspiring and educating them in all elements of health as well as using ABC adjustments.
Health is not a goal we reach and stop, it’s a continuing way of life. It’s important to take a holistic approach; looking after the physical, chemical and mental elements involved.
Bianca enjoys staying active through hiking, rock climbing, running, horse riding and pilates but ensures she has plenty of time for the people she loves.
My family and friends are very important to me. I love spending time with them, especially playing with my niece, who’s laugh is infectious.
