Is your bra affecting your posture and your progress with ABC?
The wrong shape bra can pull your shoulders forward, creating poor posture and therefore affect your form while exercising or in the gym lifting weights. You will feel tension in your traps and shoulders and even cause headaches and brain fog.
Some examples of ones that do: If the straps cross over the upper part of your back and tightly it will pull your shoulders forward. Avoid these.

Another note on bras: If they are too tight around the rib cage they will restrict the movement of your ribs. This can affect your breathing and subsequently oxygen into the body.If your straps are too tight and leaving a mark on your shoulders this could also affect your posture.
